The candidate’s experience when applying for a job can be tightly architected from a simple and short process to something detailed and complex. These steps exist as part of the candidate Flex-App which can be defined for various parts of the organization such as a division or a department, or it can be defined for a specific job or a specific source.
As candidates complete the applications, the system will record the time spent on each step. Armed with this data, the entire candidate application process can be evaluated. Perhaps a particular step is taking too long for candidates because the phrasing is confusing and it needs to be changed.
