For a candidate one of the most annoying aspects of a job search is meticulously typing or filling out data repetitively throughout the process. We’re aware of a company that told us of discovering that a candidate previously entered their address information eighteen times between initial application and hire.

Any piece of data collected from a candidate by the PeopleFilter system during any stage of the application process can be inserted into a packet of printable application forms, which will be professionally created by PeopleFilter’s Professional Services group. Packets typically include formal employment applications, disclosure documents, release forms, and federal tax and identification forms.

When candidate’s interview they can simply sign a pre-printed form to complete their application. Tax forms and I-9’s can be printed upon hire.
